Vantage Voices: Ray Pernsteiner, Head of Healthcare

In the “middle of the mitten” is how Ray Pernsteiner describes rural, central Wisconsin, where he grew up the son of the local police chief. Ray’s father suffered a spinal injury in his forties that left him paralyzed.
