Greg brings over 35 years of extensive leadership and hands-on reinsurance underwriting experience to Vantage. Greg was previously with numerous XL Group companies for 25 years. He served in various roles, including Chief Executive of Reinsurance, Chief Executive of Insurance, President of its P&C Insurance and Reinsurance businesses, and culminated as CEO of AXA XL. He began his career at AIG and later served as a VP in reinsurance underwriting at Winterthur Re.

Bobbi has more than 20 years of experience advising internal and external clients on corporate, transactional, risk transfer, and regulatory matters across the re/insurance industry. Before joining Vantage, Bobbi served as Principal, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Elementum Advisors, LLC. Prior to this, she was a Partner in the Insurance and Financial Services Group at Sidley Austin, LLP.

Alex is a seasoned insurance professional with over 25 years of insurance expertise across Professional and Specialty lines of business. Before Vantage, he was Chief Underwriting Officer, Specialty Americas at AXA XL. His insurance career spanned working at Marsh & McLennan and held progressively more senior underwriting and leadership roles at Liberty International Underwriters and AXA XL.

Nikki holds more than 25 years of cross-industry experience building teams, developing talent, and driving culture that delivers business results. Before Vantage, Nikki was Chief Human Resources Officer at AXA XL. She also served in previous Human Resources management roles at The Hartford, GE International and GE Capital, and NBC Universal.

Peter has more than 20 years of experience delivering business impact through strategy, data, and analytics. Before Vantage, Peter led the build-out of the data and analytics capability for Zurich North America as the Head of Data and Analytics. Prior to that he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in their Insurance Practice working with a range of insurance carriers, reinsurers, and brokers.

Chris has over 35 years of experience in underwriting, portfolio construction, alternative capital management, and applied analytics. Most recently, Chris was the Founding CEO of New Ocean Capital Management. His prior roles include CEO of CIG Re/New Castle Re, CEO of ACE Tempest Reinsurance, and Vice Chairman and CEO of Global Analytics for Guy Carpenter.

Peter has more than 25 years of experience in risk management, analytics, and actuarial science across the re/insurance industry. Prior to Vantage, Peter served as Group Chief Risk Officer at Hamilton Insurance. He has held various positions at Q Re Bermuda Advisors Ltd., Lancashire Insurance Company, PartnerRe, and Applied Research Associates.
