We caught up with Jimmy Glover, Senior Underwriter for Cyber, Tech, MPL and Media, who shares how he brings a human lens to tech risk by day, while mastering parenthood (and sleep deprivation) by night.

Can you share a bit about your career path and what led you to becoming a Senior Underwriter for Cyber, Tech, MPL and Media?

Insurance had always been on my radar. I have family in the industry, who had always spoken highly of the sector, and were encouraging of me becoming an underwriter. Studying finance at the University of South Carolina, I was lucky that my program offered a couple of courses in risk management. It allowed me to dip my toe in the water and get a sense of the industry before diving in.
