Artemis’ Sixth Bermuda-focused Ils Executive Virtual Roundtable

Aurora Swithenbank, Chief Financial Officer of Vantage was amongst leaders and experts from across the ILS and reinsurance sector to participate in Artemis’ sixth Bermuda-focused ILS executive virtual roundtable. This years’ roundtable these was “How Bermuda can drive the next wave of ILS innovation”. Joining Aurora on the virtual roundtable was Tom Johansmeyer, Head of PCS; Sherman Taylor, Executive Director, Ocorian; Brad Adderley, Partner at Appleby, Bermuda; Darren Redhead, Chief Executive Officer, Lancashire Capital Management; Kathleen Faries, Chief Executive Officer, Horseshoe; Aaron Garcia, Portfolio Manager, Hiscox ILS; and Richard Lowther, Managing Partner, Integral ILS. The participants explored what Bermuda must do to ensure it continues to win new business, highlighted Bermuda’s robust risk transfer infrastructure, adaptive regulatory environment, and ability to innovate.
